About the Initiative

At BK SOFTWARE CO., together with our education and development platform CodeOwl.io, we believe that diversity and equal opportunity are the most powerful forces shaping the future of technology.

With this vision, we launched the "Women Are Coding the Future" initiative to support and empower women in software development — inspiring the next generation of female tech leaders, offering real-world skills, and building more inclusive tech communities.

Current Reality — Why This Matters

Globally, women comprise only around 25–30% of the tech workforce. In core software development roles, women are often underrepresented, which limits diversity and innovation in the tech sector.
